Judith Leiber entered this world in Budapest, Hungary, where she studied the talent of handbag making amidst World War II. Mrs. Leiber launched the Judith Leiber Company in 1963 in New York.

Since then, the business has created world-renowned purses, handbags, evening bags and accessories. The bags are included in the permanent collections of museums world wide.
